How to enjoy our Tequila
Pink Grapefruit Margarita
50ml Tequila Pancho Datos, 20ml Cointreau, 1/2 fresh lime juice, 1/4 fresh grapefruit juice, 10ml agave syrup. Shake the ingredients over ice and pour into a salt-rimmed martini glass.
Tequila & Tonic
50ml Tequila Pancho Datos Plata, 200ml premium tonic water, a squeeze of fresh pink grapefruit. Fill a tall glass with ice, stir and garnish with pomegranate seeds.
50ml Tequila Pancho Datos, 20ml agave syrup, 1/2 fresh lime, large pinch of fresh mint leaves, soda water. Muddle the mint, agave syrup and lime in a tall glass. Add the Tequila and fill the glass with ice. Top off with soda water and stir.
50ml Tequila Pancho Datos, 1/2 fresh pink grapefruit, 20ml agave syrup, soda water. Fill a tall glass with ice. Pour in the tequila, agave syrup and pink grapefruit. Top with soda and stir to mix.
Wahaca Old Fashioned
35ml Tequila Pancho Datos, 15ml mezcal, 15ml agave syrup, dash of Angostura Bitters. In a whisky tumbler, stir the syrup, Tequila, mezcal and bitters over ice. Singe an orange peel over the glass and garnish.
35ml Tequila Pancho Datos, 20ml Cointreau, 100ml Pineapple juice, 1/2 fresh lime, pinch of cinnamon, 10ml agave syrup. Combine the ingredients and shake over ice. Pour into a long glass with ice, garnished with a pineapple wedge.
50ml Tequila Pancho Datos, 25ml pineapple juice, 25ml passion fruit puree, 2 teaspoon coconut cream, 1/2 lime. Combine the ingredients with a glass of ice and blend until smooth. Serve in a cocktail glass with a pinch of cinnamon and half a passion fruit to garnish.
50ml Tequila Pancho Datos, 1/4 fresh lemon, 1/2 fresh orange, 15ml grenadine, 20ml premium tonic water. Serve in a tumbler filled with crushed ice and garnish with orange peel.
With or without ice, this tequila is perfect for sipping. Why not pair with a cigar, if that's your thing..?
